about the workshop


This workshop is about studying customer behaviour and analyzing the customer with the scientific method known as the design thinking approach. The workshop also covers the conventional method of studying customer behaviour. A design thinking approach is a concept that addresses the customer at the deepest levels of his/her desires, needs, habits, attitudes, values and perceptions through prototyping and iteration. All the activities are result oriented and discovery-based to ensure the product is created keeping the customer in mind.
