About The Workshop

A family, a team or an organization – wherever people work together for a common goal, the effectiveness depends on the interpersonal skills of the people much more than their knowledge or technical or professional competence.

Effectiveness is achieved when relationships between members of a family, colleagues, subordinates and leaders, both on a one-to-one basis and within a group, remain not just cordial but rest firmly on the foundation of trust, and honest, open communication. This workshop aims to help people to develop the attitude that it is more important to understand than be understood.
